PSK Conference 2027

Welcome to the PSK Conference 2027 Registration.

We’re excited to have you joining us for the upcoming conference to Tokyo!

Before you begin your registration, please ensure you have the following items ready to make the process as smooth as possible:

 • A copy of your passport details page
 • Emergency contact information
 • Details of your preferred travel dates (if extending your stay)
 • If extending your stay pre or post, ensure you have pre-approval from your PSK Leader

Once you have everything ready, follow the below steps.

Registration

If you are registering as a single delegate, please select "One" below.

If your partner/spouse is attending, you will need to select "Two" and add them to your "group".

Please select your Manager from the dropdown list below.

Please ensure all details are correct before submission. Any incorrect information may result in E-Tickets being issued incorrectly, and any name change fees will be the responsibility of the attendee. If an error is not identified prior to travel, and even after the E-Ticket has been issued, this may result in denied boarding or refusal of entry into Japan. PSK and DNA accepts no responsibility for incorrect name submissions.

Please ensure your passport has a minimum of six months validity from your date of departure. Many countries will refuse entry if your passport does not meet this requirement. It is your responsibility to ensure your passport complies with this rule before travelling.

Please enter your passport expiry date below. By proceeding, you confirm that your passport meets the above validity requirement.

Please enter the country that issued your passport below. This information helps us determine whether any visa requirements may apply for travel to Japan.

Currently, Australian passport holders do not require a visa to enter Japan for short stays.

If your passport is issued by another country, this is not a problem. Our team will review the visa requirements for your passport and advise if any further steps are required.

Interested in extending your stay before or after the conference? DNA Travel can assist with travel extensions throughout Japan, Asia, or anywhere in the world.

Please indicate your interest below. You will also be asked to provide your preferred arrival and departure dates later in the registration process for flight booking purposes.

Please note that additional costs may apply when changing travel dates from the standard conference itinerary.

If you have any additional travel plans or comments that may impact your flights or travel arrangements, please include them below. This may include travelling to other destinations before or after the conference, extending your stay, departing from or returning to a different city, or if you have a preferred seating request for your flights.

Please advise if you have any special travel requirements that we should be aware of when arranging your flights and travel.

Examples may include mobility assistance at the airport, special meal requests for flights, medical considerations, additional baggage requirements, or other travel related needs.

Please select how you would like to pay the $3,500 partner/spouse registration fee. Both options include exactly the same conference package. The only difference is how the registration fee is paid.

• Pay DNA Direct: Pay the registration fee directly to DNA Events during the registration process.
• Post-tax Salary Deduction via PSK: The registration fee will be deducted from your salary by PSK after tax, in accordance with the salary deduction agreement.

Important Payment Information

As you are travelling with a partner/spouse, the Own Room Upgrade is mandatory. Partner/Spouse Registration does not include accommodation.

PSK Salaried Staff

The Own Room Upgrade is processed through pre-tax salary sacrifice via PSK.

✔ 12 payroll deductions
✔ $100 pre tax salary deducted per pay (approx. $68 net for majority of staff)
✔ First deduction: 9 November 2026
✔ Final deduction: 14 April 2027

Because this is processed as a pre-tax deduction, the actual after-tax cost depends on the employee's personal tax rate. Estimated savings start from 32%.

Following your registration, PSK will contact you directly to complete the required salary sacrifice documentation.

JV Partners

JV Partners are not eligible for salary sacrifice and must pay the $1,200 directly to DNA. We will manage this process behind the scenes once you have registered and provide you with the relevant payment  instructions.

Please select the salary sacrifice option. We will identify JV Partner registrations and manage the correct payment process in the backend. DNA will then provide the relevant payment instructions.

Following registration, PSK will contact eligible salaried staff directly to complete the required salary sacrifice documentation

✔ First deduction: 9 November 2026
✔ Final deduction: 14 April 2027

As this is a pre-tax deduction, the actual after-tax cost will depend on your personal tax rate. Estimated savings start from 32%.

JV Partners

JV Partners are not eligible for salary sacrifice and must pay the $1,200 directly to DNA. We will manage this process behind the scenes once you have registered and provide you with the relevant payment instructions.

If you wish to upgrade to your own room, please select the salary sacrifice option. We will identify JV Partner registrations and manage the correct payment process in the backend. DNA will then provide the relevant payment instructions.

If you have any specific room preferences or requirements for your stay, please include them below. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, they are subject to availability and hotel confirmation.

Examples may include bedding preference (king or twin), high or low floor, accessible rooms, interconnecting rooms, or being located near another delegate.
