We collect personal information from people who are connected to our conference including: suppliers;  service providers & employees.

We take all reasonable steps to protect all the personal information we hold from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Your personal information will be stored on a  password protected electronic application.
